This week’s Monday Motivation is a little bit overdue, IMO. For last month’s group coaching call, our topic of the month was Nutrition Strategies – Setting Up A Fat Loss Meal Plan – Calories Macros and Micronutrients Step by Step. During the call, we talked in greater depth how to set up your calories whether your goal is fat loss/lean building/maintenance, and then how to go about figuring out which macro set up works well for you. In addition, we touched base on micronutrients and my favorite daily supplements.
