I’ve got a really awesome post for you guys today! Our lesson for today is all about pushing limits.

How many times have you been to that point where you feel you can’t give anymore? Where you feel that you’ve reached the pinnacle of what you “think” is your perceived limit, only to push a little more and find you had more than you realized you can give?

How many times have you given up, right before the magic happens? I think we’ve all been there, and it’s important to keep perspective in those times.

    I so needed this. I think this will be a part of my weekly workout. For me I think when I am tired then my mind slips into “go home and veg-out” mood. Today this video over powered my tired mind. Thank you Roxie!
