The Official #iResolve 12 Week Transformation Rules: 

  • Contest Dates Jan 20th to April 14th.
  • Must be an ALL ACCESS Member to join
  • Register with Registration Page form, submit Before Photos. Must register by Monday, Jan 19th 9pm PST. Submit 2 front photos, one w/ a paper that has #iResolve printed out with that day’s date: ie #iResolve 1/15/15. We’ll provide you with a print out.
  • Submit a short essay (up to 1000 words) about why you decided to take on this challenge and what you hope to get out of it. Set goals over the next 12 weeks.
  • Choose from our 4, 5, or 6 Day Training Splits and corresponding workouts to set your plan. Use our macro calculator and sample meal plans to guide your diet.
  • Keep track of your progress via our #iResolve Accountability Thread on the site. Can post weekly progress reports, workout updates and more to stay motivated.
  • MUST SUBMIT A MIDWAY PROGRESS REPORT. This is the same process as the initial submission. You must submit photos, measurements, and feedback by 11:59pm PST March 3, 2015. This is the official 6 week mark of the contest. Without this submission you will be disqualified.
  • Contest ends at 11:59pm PST April 14th. All after submissions must be received by 11:59pm PST April 20th. Must submit after photos and a short (up to 1000 word) essay about your transformation journey, what you’ve accomplished, and how the site helped you achieve your goals. Submit 2 front photos, one w/ a paper that has #iResolve written or printed out with that day’s date: ie #iResolve 1/15/14.
  • Winners chosen by a panel of RoxStar Fitness Coaches and select one-on one coaching clients on who had the best overall transformation. Photos, measurements, and essays will help determine the winners. One winner will be chosen for the grand prize, with 4 runner ups for the 2nd to 5th place prizes.
  • Winners will be announced April 30th 2015.


  • 1st Place – 1 Month Platinum Level Full Coaching w/ Roxstar Fitness Complimentary
  • 2nd Place – 1 Month Gold Level Macros and Meal Plan Coaching w/ RoxStar Fitness
  • 3rd Place – 1 RSFIC Custom Plan Upgrade
  • 4th and 5th Place – 20 Minute Consultation w/ a Roxstar Fitness Coach
  • One Special PEOPLE’S CHOICE Winner chosen by votes from our member community and blog readers. The finalists for this will be chosen by our panel of judges, and will be based upon your starting submission photos and essay, midway feedback report photos and essay, and the final check in photos and essay. The People’s Choice Finalists (5) will then be featured on our site and will be voted on by our community of members and readers. The Prize For The People’s Choice Winner will be a Complimentary 2 Months of Platinum Level Full Coaching w/ RoxStar Fitness Coaches. A testimonial is required at the end of the 2 months. Voting will run from April 24-28, 2015.
