This setup might find you a bit hungrier, but that's the point, and essential for fat loss. I've lowered the protein overall in the diet which will help you to meet your macros a lot better. Additionally, I've increased your fat. This is going to mean it is CRUCIAL you get fat from healthy sources. Trace amounts in lean meats/fish, nuts, avocados, oils (avocado, olive, grapeseed, etc). Let's put this in action asap and see how your body continues to respond. |
