Coach's Feedback For Current Cycle/Meeting Topic | Ok Rachel! So, I wanted to make sure to get this feedback over to you from your last update in order to keep you focused and encouraged! After looking over your numbers, I want to celebrate that you are currently 4.5 pounds down from our first entry a few weeks ago, and a half down from that last update on 2/14. This with the bloating you had from your cycle. This is good! And now that you are finally back on track, I want you to push for more. Our goal right now is a steady 1-2 pounds a week. |

Diet Feedback For This Cycle | Your meal planning is looking good as of your last update. Your calories are slightly under, but it's not too bad. I want you to try to still get closer to our allotted setup. The carbs are slightly more elevated while the protein is just a little bit lower than we want. Try to increase your protein powder to 1.5 scoops vs 1 scoop. You might do well to slightly increase the Just Eggs a bit to be able to have about 100g vs 57g of the serving. I would also say to start to include extra firm tofu and seitan to your diet as sources of protein. Making your own seitan is very easy, but a long process. It can take a full day, but it's well worth it. I currently do this myself. You can buy some at Whole Foods I'm sure though, as well as tofu of course. Play around with this and see how you can get things even tighter. |
