I’m thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the shoulder & arm workouts in the program! It’s awesome that you felt those muscles working that sometimes get overlooked. And hey, we all have those exercises that aren’t our favorites (cough walking lunges cough), but your willingness to tackle them head-on speaks volumes about your commitment. Keep pushing through!

You smashed your goal for last week by completing both the meal plan and exercise program—major kudos to you! For the next cycle, I have no doubt you’ll conquer those walking lunges like a champ (even though you kinda hate em, lol). You’ve got this!

Listening to your body and finding that balance between pushing yourself and allowing for recovery is key, so keep that top of mind as you continue to train hard.

One thing I will say, so far your dedication to your health and well-being, even during challenging times, is commendable. It’s great to hear how exercising has been a source of mental and emotional strength for you. Remember this during those times when things get tough and you face challenges down the line.
