Coach's Feedback For Current Cycle/Meeting Topic | Ok, Candice! So on the group call, I mentioned some strategies you can consider throwing the mix diet-wise to keep things on the up and up, particularly when you have your meetings and food is being served. If you know you have these meetings coming up for the week, why don't you plan it around some fasting? You can do an OMAD approach, with that one meal being one of your assigned meals. But you will ALSO eat at your catered meeting, being mindful of what food choices you are making. This, of course, isn't a default way of eating, this is to try to at least keep things on track in ways that allow you to feel a little more in control of your diet, and allow a little more freedom to be able to get in your meals guilt free when you are in a situation with work. We have another week or so until we change up the training. So stay on track! |
