Ok, Kristie! So far you've done a fantastic job knocking out your first full cycle with the program.

You've made some great progress, and you're continuing to step outside of the box. This formula, alongside your diet, is what will absolutely guarantee success in achieving your long-term goals.

Having said all that, I want to make some adjustments to your training for this month's cycle.

You're currently on Flawless Physique which is a great program for all of our Inner Circle Roxstars! However, this month I want to take a little more of a customizable approach to your workouts by introducing you to another done-for-you module on the site.

That module is called Power Pulse.

Attached to this email/notes, you will see the PDF schedule for the workout. I have also added the link for the full program onto your training schedule.

There are 4 training days with weights, and one training day of cardio only (at a high intensity).

I have attached the workouts and the program schedule to this email so you can see the attached docs.

However, you can also access these on the website as well (links are on your personalized schedule).

To access the individual workouts directly from the website, you can open the PDF schedule (or the link on the website) and click the workout program names listed in the training day boxes. That will take you to the page for the workouts where you will see an icon to download them as PDF files.

Pay attention to the fact that I changed the Chest/Triceps/Abs workout to Vol 1 vs Vol 2 which is listed on the training schedule.

Your cardio is now a mix of more HIIT Training. There is only one day of Steady State cardio for 30 mins.
