Ok Stevanie! So you asked, and you got it... More legs in your program.

We are now back to a 5-day strength training schedule because your head is back in the game, and we're ready to push things outside of your comfort zone.

You're following more of a strength training type of setup with heavy weights, advanced sequences, and some fun twists and turns that will challenge you.

I've brought back a workout on Saturday that we had started back in 2022, but we never completed all the cycles. So we'll focus on incorporating that into our mix.

Your cardio has been adjusted, with more intensity, more HIIT, shorter durations, and a greater focus on heart rate.
