Training Feedback For This Cycle | We're progressing all of your workouts, building upon the solid foundation you've already established in the last cycle. Our goal for this cycle is to keep you stepping outside of your comfort zone and pushing your limits even further. One big addition to your workouts is the inclusion of HIIT training. We'll be incorporating 20-minute sessions of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) either on the treadmill or the bike. During these sessions, I want you to give it your all—full-out sprinting for about 30 seconds, followed by a 30-second recovery period. Aim to push yourself to a 9 to 10 intensity level on a scale of 10, and keep your heart rate between 85 and 90% of your average heart rate throughout the sprinting portion. Make sure to use your heart rate monitor to track your progress and intensity! In the gym, I want you to focus on pushing your weights and looking for opportunities to set new personal records (PRs). Challenge yourself to increase the weight and step outside of your comfort zone. Remember, it's training harder and smarter that will continue to transform your body and take your fitness journey to new heights. You're already doing amazing, having lost 17 pounds so far!
