Hey Deborah, I didn't realize I hadn't sent over my feedback from the previous update! So here we go!

You're absolutely crushing it! I want to take a moment to celebrate your progress and dedication. Despite the scale remaining the same this week, your measurements tell a different story. The reductions in inches across multiple areas are a huge win and a testament to your hard work paying off. Remember, progress isn't always reflected on the scale, but your body is definitely making positive changes.

General Notes: I want to emphasize that we're not solely relying on the scale as our measure of progress. The scale doesn't always tell the whole story. Factors like muscle gain, fat loss, and water retention can impact what you see on the scale. The decreases in your measurements show tangible progress that shouldn't be overlooked. To help reduce water retention, consider increasing your water intake. More water in equals more water out, helping to flush out excess fluid.

Training Guidance: Keep up the fantastic work with your training! I encourage you to push yourself outside of your comfort zone by increasing weights where you feel comfortable. Challenge yourself to beat your previous numbers, whether it's lifting heavier weights, increasing reps, or mastering new exercises. Keep a logbook to track your progress and set new personal records (PRs) along the way.

Diet Advice: Tracking your nutrition is key to reaching your goals. Consider creating a skeleton meal plan to ensure you're meeting your macros consistently. This will help you stay on track and make adjustments as needed to support your progress.
