| Subject | First Week Feedback & Focus For The Road Ahead |
| Coach's Feedback For Current Cycle/Meeting Topic | Ok Pilar, first and foremost, let me give you a massive shoutout for all the incredible triumphs you’ve achieved this week! Balancing the monumental life events you’ve been dealing with—your son’s graduation, your other son returning home, and caring for your sister—while staying committed to your fitness journey is nothing short of heroic. You’ve shown tremendous strength and resilience, and I am so proud of you for sticking with your workouts even when the days seemed impossible. That’s the spirit of a true champion! |
| Training Feedback | |
| Training Feedback For This Cycle | Your feedback on the workouts is fantastic, and I’m glad to hear you’re loving them and feeling your stress diminish. The DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) is a sign that you’re pushing your muscles in new and beneficial ways, and it’s great to hear you’re embracing that challenge. For this week, I want you to focus on improving your form wherever you can. Perfecting your technique will not only enhance your results but also reduce the risk of injury. Additionally, work on shortening your rest periods where you feel it’s appropriate. The goal is to step outside of your comfort zone and push yourself just a little bit more. You’ve got this! |

| Diet Feedback | |
| Diet Feedback For This Cycle | Regarding your nutrition, I’m thrilled to hear that you find the meal plan easy to stick with and have no complaints. For the coming week, let’s keep the diet the same. Consistency is key, and your body will benefit greatly from the steady intake of nutrients. Remember to enjoy your meals, savor the flavors, and use seasonings, herbs, and spices to keep things exciting. Baked, steamed, broiled, and air-fried options are your best friends. And while marinating is fine, do be mindful of the ingredients to avoid unnecessary added calories. |
| Mindset/Goals Feedback | |
| Mindset Feedback For This Cycle | Now, let’s talk about your mindset. Giving yourself grace is so important, especially with everything on your plate. Remember, this journey is about progress, not perfection. The pressures of daily life can make it easy to fall into negative self-talk and old habits, but recognize those moments and remind yourself of the incredible work you’re doing. To help you meditate on staying focused and pushing aside self-doubt and self-sabotage, let’s look to Scripture for inspiration: “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Let this remind you that taking care of your health is a form of worship and dedication to the Lord. Additionally, Saint Josemaria Escriva said, “The way to become a saint is to do the ordinary things of the day well.” Apply this to your fitness journey by giving your best effort in each meal and every workout, knowing that these small acts of discipline and care for your body honor God. Pilar, keep moving forward in the direction God is giving you. Trust in His plan and know that every step you take in caring for your health is a step towards fulfilling His work through you. You are doing an amazing job, and I am here cheering you on every step of the way. Stay strong, stay focused, and keep shining! Your Coach and Biggest Fan, Roxie |
