Hydration seems to be a consistent challenge. Let’s work on a few strategies to help you get your water intake up:

  • Carry a water bottle with you at all times.
  • Set reminders on your phone to take a few sips every hour.
  • Infuse your water with fruits or herbs to make it more enticing.

It’s great to hear you’re hitting your macros more consistently. If adjusting your fat intake slightly on training vs. non-training days helps you stay on track, then let's continue with that approach.
