Coach's Feedback For Current Cycle/Meeting Topic

Brienne, that's fantastic news! I'm thrilled to hear about your successful week.

Staying committed to your meals is a major win and kudos for being mindful even during your well-deserved cheat meal. It's all about balance, and you nailed it by keeping it to just a meal and not letting it turn into a whole day.

#Boom! That's RoxStar accountability!

And the fact that you upped your water intake shows a mindful approach to your overall well-being. Hydration is key, and it's great to see you prioritizing it.

Even more to celebrate, you came down another 1.2 pounds! And we're continuing to rock and roll. Very proud of you!

Please take a look at the attached document for a deeper dive into my notes for you this week.

I'm thrilled to hear that your workouts have been challenging and rewarding! Investing in a pull-up bar for your home is a fantastic move to level up your grip strength and conquer those pull-ups.

Way to take the initiative!

Now as for mastering the pull-up bar, consistency is key.

Start with assisted pull-ups using bands if needed, gradually reducing assistance as your strength increases. Focus on controlled movements and engage your core throughout. Mix it up with various grips (wide, narrow, and reverse) to target different parts of your back as you get stronger.

Your improved core strength and longer plank endurance are incredible indicators of your progress. Keep integrating those planks into your routine; they complement your pull-up training by reinforcing overall stability.

So perhaps think about supersetting them at home.

We have two more weeks on your current set up! So no need to change things up just yet. I want you to remain focused, and see where you can set new PR's in your workouts.

This week, increase your weight in all of your exercises where you feel it is possible. And if not, simply do a few extra reps or an extra set to reach closer to failure with that muscle.

It's awesome to hear that your commitment to increasing water intake is making a noticeable impact! Hydration is a game-changer.

Considering your height, weight, and active training schedule, a general guideline is to aim for at least 3 liters (about 13 cups) of water per day.

Your approach with BCAAs in each gallon is a smart move, it adds flavor and can make hydrating more enjoyable. Another thing you can do if you find it challenging to drink plain water is infuse it with slices of fruit, herbs, or flavored tea bags that can add a refreshing twist.

Keep up the excellent work, Brienne! Staying hydrated is a powerful ally on your fitness journey.
