Coach's Feedback For Current Cycle/Meeting Topic | Candice, your honesty about this cycle's challenges is appreciated. I know it's tough and just a major mental juggernaut for you which is hard. But you stay focused. That's incredible. It's very clear work has been demanding, and tackling 12-hour days amid a reorganization is no small feat. So props to you for maintaining your commitment to cardio and those heavy leg days wherever you can – that's dedication shining through. That's Roxstar determination! Trying to skate on through catered workshops and adjusting your meal plans in the midst of it all... Girl, that shows real-world adaptability! And this is exactly how I want you to think, alternatives and on your toes making SMART choices. As for the injury, finding success in lighter biceps without flare-ups is a significant win. Progress may be gradual, but the fact that you're feeling your pec getting stronger is a testament to your resilience and the work with your therapist! And finally, it's completely understandable that consistency might take a hit during high-stress periods. So simply do what you can. More importantly, find places where you can take care of you. Acknowledging mental fatigue is a start. Now see where you can at least get a few minutes of clearing your head, perhaps meditation for a few minutes, in order to bring those stress levels down. As you move forward, remember to be kind to yourself, find moments of self-care, and celebrate every positive change, no matter how small.
