Individual Workouts by Body Part
The following workouts are not full training programs (like a 6 week program, or 12 week program etc). These are single workouts for the specified body part or training focus as notated in the description. That’s like if you asked me, “Hey Roxie, can you write me a leg workout I can do to tone up, and hit in the gym?” This would be what I’d whip up.
