Note: our coaching messages often have a very spiritual/Christian-inspired meaning behind the message. But please take note that this message has something for EVERYONE. It doesn’t matter what creed, religion, denomination, or belief system you have (or not), what I have to share can still apply to everyone. Listen in, apply the stuff that can transform you, learn from the things foreign to you, and let it speak to your heart as you need it to!
When we think about being healthy and fit, we may focus only on our physical bodies. And, I want to inspire you with something straight out of scripture.
We are told that we should remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, as 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 tells us. This means that we have a responsibility to take care of ourselves and honor God with our bodies in all aspects, including our fitness and exercise routines.

These qualities are crucial not just in our spiritual lives but also in our physical lives. We need to have the discipline to push ourselves to work out regularly, the self-control to resist unhealthy foods and temptations, and the dependence on God to help us stay motivated and focused on our goals.
Today’s coaching message is going to dig into exactly that.
Let’s remember that as we work on our physical health, we are also honoring God and fulfilling our responsibility to care for the temples of the Holy Spirit that He has given us. Let’s follow Christ’s example and strive to be disciplined, purposeful, and dependent on God in all areas of our lives.
