I’ve put together this course for you to be able to successfully navigate the site – and use it, as well as participate in our program in a way that I’ve intended for each member to. This site is a HUGE site, and it can be a little confusing for new members to know where and how to get started. Once you’ve completed this course, not only will you be able to know where to find things, you’ll be able to also get started on a results driven training program, and have the tools you need to be able to adjust and tweak things as you need to and progress with our program.
Getting Started w/ The Site and Program
Navigating the Inner Circle Website
This lesson is an overview of where to find everything on the site. Each dashboard section becomes unlocked once you purchase programs, workshops, etc. For now, you have access to the following sections:
- Inner Circle Client Dashboard
- Community Forum and Coaching Board
- All Calculators and Tools
- 12 Weeks to Lean
- 21 Day Fat Shredder
- 4 Week Summer Slimdown

Members Welcome Page – The “Lobby of Our Site”
Upon first logging into the site, you will be navigated to our Welcome Page. You can also get to this page my clicking the Members Welcome Page link in the site menu. As you scroll down the Members Welcome Page, you’ll see a “lobby” of some of the more important sections of the site.
- You can view your account for programs, ebooks, and courses purchased IN THE INNER CIRCLE STORE. If you wish to access your payment information for the Inner Circle Program, please be sure to go to http://schedule.roxstarfitness.com and login with the username/password you created for THAT site.
- You can change your Inner Circle profile information and password.
- You can browse products in our eStore that are available for purchase.
- Connect quickly with the newest posts and replies on our community forum.
- And finally, you’ll be able to access any programs you’ve purchased, including the Inner Circle Client Dashboard in the Programs Dashboard section.
Upon joining the program, you’ll be assigned a workout program to follow. Each workout program should be done over a 4 week period, after which time, you’ll be sent your next workout to you directly via email. Some workouts may be bundled as courses, much like this one, and you can progress through them at will vs. in a set interval as some of our older programs on the site are set up. You can find all of our programs on this site in two areas:
- On the site menu: Member Login -> Calculators and Tools -> Workouts Database.
- On the Inner Circle Coaching Client Dashboard – Scroll down the page.
You are expected to stay on the SAME program until your assigned coach tells you to switch to another one. It is important that we stay in sync with what is being assigned to you. So if there is a program you see and you wish to do that next, then simply ask your coach if that program may be assigned to you.
One your workout is assigned to you, you’ll be sent a link via email directly to the program. Now, here’s the general rule…
I really want you to follow the program AS WRITTEN. Particularly for the first 2 weeks on the plan. For the 2nd two weeks (pretty much ALL of the programs I give you are to be followed for 4 week cycles – unless specified), you can go ahead and swap things out at will.
Now there are several ways to do this…
You can use our exclusive Exercise Exchange List to swap out specific exercises on the plan. Always remember to hit the same body part at the same angle when you do. OR, you can actually swap out an entire workout to really bring on some variety.
If you do that, please use one of the workouts here on the site. Particularly because they are all designed by me, and will fit nicely into any plan. Just make sure you hit up the correct body part. Swapping out a workout that will hit that same part as listed on your program for that day.
I have some nifty tools to help you to constantly tweak and personalize your programming.
Here’s the thing, I am assigning you what you need to follow in order to successfully reach your goals. A lot of what I am giving you will be pre-designed. So some tweaking, on your part, may be necessary in order to make your plan feel especially designed for you.
In our Calculators and Tools section, you’ll find some useful things to help you to do just that.
Some of the stuff, you will not have to use with the current iteration of the Inner Circle. At one point, the program was more of a “membership site” and allowed members to work somewhat on their own. However, now that I’ve personalized the program a lot more, the tools like our “Find Your Body Type” calculator, or the Macros and Calories calculator, and our Post Workout Carbs calculator are more for reference.
However, what you WILL find useful in that section of the site are links to pre-designed sample meal plans, our clietn favorite Food Substitution Calculator, exercise library, your weight/progress tracker and more.
So be sure to check that out as well. These Calculators and Tools will help you to bring that level of individualization that you need to take your training and nutrition to the next level.
